Refresh Diving – Scuba Skills update
When you pass your open water course, you’re certified for life. There is nothing to stop you renting some gear and heading out to dive.
BUT if you haven’t dived for a while, your skills may be a bit rusty. That’s why SSI have designed the Scuba Skill Update course, so you can refresh your knowledge under the expert eye of an SSI dive professional.
Skills covered include:

– mask removal & clearing
– neutral & positive buoyancy

– regulator clearing & retrieval
– air sharing
– equipment checks & care
– any extra skills that the instructor feels need improvement
