These coaching sessions and workshops are unique to each freediver or group. Our experienced instructors will tailor the content to your requirements to help you reach your goals.

We can work on equalisation, improve breath-hold, hone your technique, teach you essential safety protocols or simply enjoy time in the ocean with a knowledgable local guide.
